The rooms, suites and vacation apartments are available from around 3 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 7.30 pm, please let us know so that we can leave your room card in the key safe. If you arrive before 10 a.m., you are welcome to have breakfast at the hotel. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 11 am. A later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability.

Sufficient parking spaces are available directly in front of the hotel. The flat-rate fee for the outdoor parking spaces is 4 euros per day and car. Free parking is available about 200 meters away. Eight covered parking spaces can be reserved for 9 euros per day. A bus parking lot is located at Fürth train station.

Dogs are welcome on request. We charge 20 euros per night for the increased cleaning effort. Some rooms remain dog-free out of consideration for other guests.

The local tax is 2.05 euros per person and night from the age of 15.

Early arrival is generally possible. If your room is not yet ready, you can leave your luggage at reception at any time free of charge. You can already stay in the hotel and, if you wish, enjoy breakfast to get your vacation off to a relaxed start.

As part of the Klawunn half-board, guests enjoy a vitality breakfast buffet in the morning and a four-course evening meal with salad buffet. The wellness area with sauna, bio-sauna, steam bath, infrared and swimming pond is available daily. WLAN is available free of charge throughout the hotel. For families we offer facilities for babies and toddlers, a playroom and weather-protected storage facilities for skis and bicycles.

The wellness area is open daily from 3 pm to 7 pm. Bathrobes and slippers can be borrowed from reception for a fee.

Yes, our ski cellar offers plenty of space for skis and snowboards as well as a heated area for ski boots. There is also a small service corner for equipment care. The ski bus stop is around 100 meters away.

The Klawunn has been awarded the Austrian Ecolabel. This certification confirms high standards in the areas of energy efficiency, resource conservation, waste avoidance and sustainable management. For our guests, this means a vacation with real responsibility and certified quality.

Our kitchen consciously caters for a wide range of dietary requirements. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are available daily. We can accommodate intolerances such as lactose or gluten to the best of our ability after prior notification. Many products come from the region and are freshly prepared.

Thanks to the mobility tax, all guests can use all public transport throughout the province of Salzburg free of charge during their stay. This makes journeys more relaxed and reduces traffic in the region.

The link to activate the mobility card is sent automatically by email before you arrive or with your booking confirmation. This means you can activate your card before your vacation and enjoy free, environmentally friendly travel as soon as you arrive.

A deposit of 30 percent is required for fixed reservations. You can cancel free of charge up to two months before arrival. From two months to four weeks before arrival, 30 percent of the travel price will be charged, from four weeks to one week before arrival 70 percent. Cancellations within the last week will be charged at 90 percent, early departures at 100 percent. We recommend hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung.

The Schmittenhöhe, Kitzsteinhorn and Maiskogel ski areas are within easy reach. The ski bus stop is around 100 meters away. In summer, numerous hiking and biking trails start directly from the hotel or in the immediate vicinity, so you can set off into nature without having to travel long distances.
